I found this recipe in a magazine, in an ad for Crisco olive oil. I chose to use small red potatoes and small white potatoes. They took more like an hour to start to get brown. They were good, but I don’t think they were worth the time and effort. I probably wouldn’t make them again. Don’t get me wrong, they were good, but they just take a while to cook. We also had some Morningstar Farms Chicken Tenders (these are SO good but SO hard to find!), some fancy green beans, and a biscuit. Toby said that this was a “good dinner”. And from Toby, that says alot.
