Hi! I’m Kelly! I love to cook. Everyone in my little family of four is vegetarian. I have a hard-to-please husband (Toby), a finicky kindergartener (Liam), and a new-adopted daughter from Korea (Liv). I like to try out recipes from blogs, cookbooks, and magazines! If the recipes are not vegetarian, I like to see what I can do to make them vegetarian! Welcome!

I will look forward to following your recipes. We’re a vegetarian family as well, with one picky eater, so it’ll be nice to get some ideas from you!
My family could benefit greatly from adding more vegetarian dinners. I’m adding your blog to my reader. Thank you!
hi Kelly,
Your yelp reviews have been very helpful to my family and I since we arrived in VA. We’re also vegetarian and we have a 16 month old boy and another on the way. We just moved to Stafford Va after being in Los Angeles for 4 years, and I was hoping you could recommend any other social gatherings / veg friendly restaurants / etc. – to us?
Any help would be o so appreciated!
Thanks, take care!

Hi, nice to meet you !
Thank you for these recipes, I will try them. Sometimes my daughter and I don’t feel like eating meat, and look for recipes like these.
Hi, I just came across your blog when searching for the Zucchini and Corn orzo salad by Martha Stewart. I made the same one tonight! You have some great recipes and I hope you do not mind me flowing you!
Thanks!

I saw that pic of the cream of broccoli deluxe soup you prepared, and you’re right- the texture is all wrong. You definitely should use a high-powered blender, like a Vitamix, to get the cashew base smooth. The soup will turn out very differently if you get that part right. -With compassion, Anastasia St. John
