Creamy Caper-Herb Dressing

I got this recipe from one of the little booklets that comes with the Food Network magazine each month (each month they pick a topic (this one was salad dressings), and the booklet has 50 recipes!). It’s the first dressing I saw, and it was awesome! Toby said it was the best dressing I’ve ever made! You can easily make it vegan by using vegan mayo. So good, and so easy!

Creamy Caper-Herb Dressing
(Food Network magazine)


2 tbsp mayo
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 shallot, minced
2 tbsp capers, chopped
1 tbsp chives, minced
1 tbsp parsley, minced
1 tbsp tarragon, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup olive oil


Whisk all ingredients except oil together. Gradually whisk in oil.
