Poppy Seed Dressing

I didn’t think Toby would like this dressing because he would think it was too sweet, but he loved it! He said it wasn’t sweet at all! This was very easy to make, and even my six year old liked it!

Poppy Seed Dressing
(Food Network Magazine)


1/2 tsbp poppy seeds
3 tbsp cider vinegar
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/3 cup olive oil

Cook the poppy seeds in a dry skillet for 1 minute. Transfer to a bowl. Whisk in the rest of the ingredients (except the olive oil). Gradually whisk in the oil.
