Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

I think I have figured out the secret to baking chocolate chip cookies. You take them out of the oven before you think they are done! They are barely brown and look a little puffy, but once they sit for a minute, they “shrink” down a little and voila! Perfect cookies! I baked each batch for ten minutes exactly. These were really good! Not sure if I would call them the BEST, but yes, they are good!
