Want a good, basic, VEGAN salad dressing? This is it! No frills, nothing fancy, just good ol’ salad dressing. Eat up!

2 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp kosher salt
pepper to taste
1/3-1/2 cup olive oil
Whisk together all ingredients except the oil. Gradually whisk in the oil.
