These little nuggets are made of “garden vegetables, red quinoa, cannellini beans, and seasoned with onions, garlic and basil”. You can either microwave them or bake them. I baked them, figuring they would be crunchier. My 2 kids really liked them! Me? Not so much. They had a weird aftertaste.
