Tortellini Caprese Bites

These were relatively easy, but they do take a little bit of time to assemble. I took them to a Christmas Eve gathering, and everyone said they were good, but I didn’t love them. They didn’t WOW me. They sure are pretty, though! My skewers were a little long, so I put more on each one than the recipe says.
