Product review: Ikea’s Gronsaksbullar

I was very anxious to try Ikea’s new vegetarian “meatballs”, but turns out they are more “veggie balls” than “meatballs”. They are made from vegetables such as chickpeas, carrots, maize and kale. My 9 year old loved them. Me? Not so much. I served them with mashed potatoes and gravy, and they just had a very weird taste to me. Blech.
