This dish was easy to make, but I was disappointed by it. I thought it was kind of bland! Husband liked it, but I thought it was kind of dry and lacking something. The pasta sauce I used had artichokes in it, but even that wasn’t enough. Next time I would add more sauce (to make up for the dryness), and maybe some diced black olives.
Three Cheese Baked Spaghetti
16 oz thin spaghetti
8 oz cream cheese, softened
8 oz small curd cottage cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup marinara or spaghetti sauce
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a large baking dish or skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
2) In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta for 5 minutes. Drain well.
3) In a bowl, combine cream cheese and cottage cheese. Stir well. Stir in marinara sauce and pasta. Pour into prepared pan and top with Parmesan cheese.
4) Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
